'Star Crossed Lovers' is the new E.P from rising talent SHERRY DAVIS.
The soulful Londoner has been working hard honing her craft on the live circuit as well as working with the likes of UK soul legend OMAR along the way.
Her brand new 4 track release displays a maturity and shows how much her sound has grown over the last few years. From the opener 'Can't Stay Away', you can immediately hear the quality of both her song writing and the production, the music has a retro quality reminiscent of some of the street soul of the early 90's.
On 'This Empty Bed', a beautiful piano/vocal only track Sherry's voice soars and stylistically could be considered as the UK's answer to ALICIA KEYS
The EP's final track 'Torture You' is the funkiest of the those on display and is a fine way to close the set.
